Monday (Skills): 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
Thursday (Conditioning): 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM
▫️ Includes: Boxfit, Sand Dunes, Field Conditioning, HIIT
Training Day:
Monday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Participants will be split into junior and intermediate groups based on ability.
Main Venue: Souths Juniors - Abbott Park
Wet Weather Backup: Queens Park (Clinic runs rain, hail, or shine)
Severe Weather: If lightning is present, sessions will be rescheduled for safety.

League Kings kits are mandatory for all participants.
If you already have a kit, you do not need to purchase a new one. Both OG and Spayd designs are acceptable.
